Terms of use

Version 6.1 · Effective 1 August 2026

Template placeholder. This document is illustrative sample copy written for a website template. It is not legal advice and does not describe a real institution. Replace it entirely before launch.

These terms govern your use of the Rielora Capital Bank website and online banking service. Your account itself is governed by a separate account agreement, which takes precedence where the two differ.

1. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. We may update these terms; material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance through online banking or by email.

2. Eligibility

Products described on this site are available to US residents aged 18 or over (17 for Student Checking with a co-signer), subject to identity verification, sanctions screening and, for credit products, an affordability and credit assessment. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer of credit.

3. Online banking

You are responsible for keeping your customer ID, passcode, passkey and devices secure, and for all activity carried out through your credentials. You must tell us immediately if you suspect they have been compromised. We may suspend access without notice where we reasonably believe there is a security risk, and we will tell you why as soon as it is safe to do so.

We aim for 99.95% availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable.

4. Content and intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, layout and code — is owned by Rielora Capital or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. You may not republish, sell, systematically extract, or use automated tools to scrape the site without written permission.

5. Not financial advice

Rates, calculators, articles and guides on this site are provided for general information. They do not take account of your particular circumstances and are not a personal recommendation. Calculator outputs are estimates only and are not an offer. Investment products described are not FDIC insured, are not bank guaranteed and may lose value.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care to ensure the information on this site is accurate at the time of publication, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Accessibility

We build and test this site against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That includes keyboard operability throughout, visible focus indicators, respect for reduced-motion preferences, text that reflows to 320px without horizontal scrolling, and contrast ratios that meet or exceed the standard.

Every branch offers step-free access where the building permits, hearing loops at each counter, talking ATMs, and free ASL interpretation by appointment. Statements are available in braille and large print on request.

If you encounter a barrier anywhere — on the site, in the app or in a branch — tell us at accessibility@northcrest.bank and we will respond within five business days with a fix or a workaround.

8. Complaints

Call +855 71 842 6113, use the contact form, or write to Complaints, Rielora Capital Bank, No. 21-22 , Sangkat Veal Vong, Khan 8 Makara, Cambodia.

We acknowledge every complaint within two business days and give you a named case handler and a reference number. Our target is a full resolution within fifteen business days. If we cannot meet that, we tell you why and when we will. If you remain unhappy, we will explain how to escalate to the relevant regulator or ombudsman.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the federal laws of the United States. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in your own state of residence.
